Modern Plumbing in Rigby Idaho

After calling several people for a bigger than average job on one of my rentals, I called Modern Plumbing in Rigby, Idaho.

Let's just say they were about $2800 cheaper than the last guy that must have thought I was just loaded with money.

I have had multiple plumbing problems over the years. One of the companies I stumbled onto when I lived clear out in Roberts was ABC plumbing.

I was impressed that they were willing to drive out to Roberts and they wouldn't charge me outrageous fees for doing so.

Now that I live in Ucon, they live 2 blocks away from me. Roger and Amy Cushman are honest people and will do a good job.

They pretty much service existing plumbing. They don't do extensive plumbing projects, but can fix sinks, toilets, water heaters etc.

My kids do 4 H lambs with their kids. They really are the best plumbing company for home repairs in the valley.

AAA Sewer Service

This week I had a certain plumbing company here is SE Idaho give me a bid on a job that they said would cost $3500.

Triple AAA sewer came out. Mike told me that I needed to call ABC Plumbing and that the job wouldn't cost any where close to that.

He also said that it wasn't a sewer problem at all.

I was really shocked that this other plumbing agency would be about $3000 off the price and would recommend doing a bunch of unnecessary repair.

Building your team

If someone tells me they are a self-made millionaire, I 'm skeptical.

A lot of my success has come from building a huge network in SE Idaho.

You might want to start thinking about who is already on your team, and who you are lacking.

Part of the goal of this blog is to write about people in the community that can help you with whatever you need.

Who is your lawyer, property manager, banker, title company, mentor, hard money, home inspector, electrician, plumber, document server, tax accountant, and on and on and on?

You can almost hire anyone to do anything. Working with a team can help you accomplish far more than you ever thought working by yourself.

One of the most important members on my team is my banker. Without him, I couldn't get funding for any of my deals.

I will expand on my team of professionals' services in a later blog.
